Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your waist, below the ribcage and above your hip bone.
Hip: Measure the fullest part of your hip, making sure the tape measure is straight.

Unfortunately, due to AuntFlo products being labelled as Sanitary products, we are not able to switch these over for you.

Do I wear them on their own?โ
Depending on your flow and absorbency level, our period undies can be worn on their own or with added protection.
Is AuntFlo free from PFAs?โ
Our period undies are PFA free. PFAs are absolutely not part of our AuntFlo product design.
How often should I change them?โ
Knowing when to change your period underwear depends on your flow, absorbency level, and personal comfort.
1. Flow Level
Light Flow: Up to 8 hours depending on absorbency.
Moderate Flow: Every 6-8 hours.
Heavy Flow: Every 4-6 hours to prevent leaks.
2. Signs of Full Absorbency
Change when you feel dampness, discomfort, or reduced confidence.
3. Personal Comfort
Always listen to your body and change when needed.
4. Activity Level
More activity may require more frequent changes.
5. End of Day / Overnight Use
Consider changing after 8-12 hours depending on your flow.
